Starting in the finance leadership development program (FLDP) as an external reporting analyst at the onset of the pandemic – and having to work 100% virtually – had its challenges. Yet, Erin’s manager made the transition smoother. “My manager took the time to help me feel comfortable and I learned so much within my first year,” Erin recalls.

Erin graduated from the FLDP after three years and is now a senior FP&A analyst at our headquarters in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
